CT300 Project: Operational Transformation For Cloud-based Social Enterprise Collaboration Software

The author is pursuing B.SC. In Computer Science, Coventry University, currently he is conducting his final year project and would like to gather information on his proposed system which named as Operational Transformation For Cloud-based Social Enterprise Collaboration Software.

Briefly, this software is a web-based system that will help users especially enterprise team collaborate and communicate efficiently through features that promote discussion, information sharing, social interaction and so on. The software will mainly focus on developing real time text and images group editing features, that the users are able to edit and view the same document at the same time in geographically dispersed sites. Through uses of this software can increase the efficiency and productivity of the enterprise team. Besides that, the software will be integrated with external social networking platform such as Facebook, where the enterprise can build customer linking in broad community. As well as by the system will hosted in cloud computing service that will greatly reduce the burdens of enterprise in managing IT hardware and software itself.
