Adobe Flex 4.5.1 Pre-release open application

Oh my god, just saw Flex 4.5.1 Pre-release for open application posted on 31 May 2011. Had been going there to make application, hope I can get access to this pre-release SDK in order to fully using Flex SDK to develop cross platform mobile apps.
